The Compliance Report view allows a user operating under the Publisher role to view which users have submitted their compliance to which documents. Each row in the report displays the name of the contact, the position to which the compliance record applies, the operational document to which the compliance applies and the date on which the compliance was submitted, if at all. If no compliance was submitted, the row will appear with a light red background and the date will be indicated as "NA".
The report may be filtered by operational document title, contact or compliance status, i.e., complied or not complied. Email reminders may be sent out to all contacts with one or more missing compliance requirements by selecting "Email Reminders" from the Actions menu.
