How do I add or remove tags from an op doc? |

|
Tags may be added or removed from an op doc at any point during its life-cycle by a user with the appropriate role (See What are the user roles for the Op Doc Wizard? for more information on roles). Remember, though, that tags are associated with specific revisions, so removing a tag from one revision does not remove that tag (if present) from any other of the revisions of that same op doc. This yields the maximum amount of flexibility for organizing your documents.
To remove a tag from an op doc:
- Open the op doc in it's detail view.
- Scroll to the bottom section of the op doc to the "Tags" section. Next to each tag is a small "X" in parentheses
- Click the "X". You will be prompted with a confirmation dialogue to prevent accidental deletion of tags.
- Confirm the deletion. The tag will be permanently removed from the op doc.
To learn more about what a tag is and how it might be used, see What is a tag?.
