No, only unique Op Doc numbers count toward the allowance for your Op Doc Wizard subscription plan. You may have any number of revisions associated with a particular Op Doc. Aside from 'In Place' (approved) Op Docs there may also be 'In Development', 'Outdated', and 'Obsoleted' statuses assigned to revisions of a specific Op Doc. Regardless of the number revisions this is only one Op Doc towards your allowable total.
